This
is the heart of our Church,
to build strong people (Freedom
Fighters!) to ‘go out’ and make
a difference in the world!
How
it works…
Each
team takes a street and Pastors
the people, modelled from ‘adopt
a block’, from the Dream Centre.
They visit the same people twice
a month, building relationships,
caring, and helping in practical
ways, reaching about 20 households
per team.

offering friendship and prayer,
or more practical help such

Gardening
Street
tidying
D.I.Y
Filling
in forms
Hospital visits
Training
evenings on ‘building strong
lives and relationships’
Invites
to specific events and social
activities.
Children’s holiday
